Relationship Abuse

  • 5 Steps

About

In this section, we will be discussing one of the most visible and well-known forms of relationship abuse: physical abuse. It is important to understand that physical abuse is never acceptable in any relationship, and it is crucial to be able to recognize the signs and know how to respond if you or someone you know is experiencing it. Physical abuse involves the intentional use of physical force against another person, resulting in injury or pain. It can take many forms, including hitting, slapping, pushing, kicking, choking, and using weapons. It is often characterized by a pattern of escalating violence and control over time.
