PRE-MARITAL COUNSELING
PREPARE/ENRICH is a research-based program designed to help engaged and seriously dating couples strengthen their relationship before marriage. Through a comprehensive online assessment and guided sessions by a certified facilitator, couples explore key areas, access communication, conflict resolution, finances, intimacy, and shared values. The program supports couples in building tools and insights needed for a lasting, healthy marriage. With PREPARE/ENRICH, our goal is to help you and your future spouse build a strong foundation for your future together.
COUPLES & MARRIAGE COUNSELING
We begin by mapping your relationship history/timeline, how you got here, what patterns have formed, and what underlying blocks are at work (intimacy, empathy, communication, partnership). Then we guide you both through practical skills, tools, and interventions individually and together to improve relational dynamics.
